Ave shopping Plaza Tauranga, Drivers Motorsport Bar came about through what owner Chris Gunn saw as a gap in the market that needed addressing. Drivers is aimed at motorsport enthusiasts and those who just love anything motor powered that makes the right noise and goes fast!! The bar is decked out in motor racing memorabilia and has a welcoming feel as soon as you walk in. There is a great selection of beers available along with all the usual spirits and RTDs as well as a good selection of wines and low or non-alcoholic drinks . If you are feeling a little hungry our menu is available to choose  some fine meals or snacks to match your appetite and is ready to cater for that special occasion you may have in mind. Drivers Motorsport Bar has become the unofficial clubrooms for a number of car clubs in the Tauranga region and the general conversation is never far away from something to do with motoring and people who wish to, sure can learn a lot from some knowledgeable old petrolheads. Motorsport is played on the big screen with the latest in technology for a fantastic picture and the ultimate experience without actually being at the event, and any motorsport event that is live during the early hours of the morning is recorded and replayed the next evening so you can relax and wind down after you have finished work There is a notice board for clubs or individuals to promote upcoming events and to advertise a special vehicle they may want to sell. We also supply a notice board to display your business card to promote your motoring goods and services. Drivers also publishes a monthly newsletter by email to inform of upcoming events and promotions. You can receive this by contacting us personally or leaving your email address via our email box. We are open for meals from 11.30.am. Wednesday to Saturday and 4.00pm Monday and Tuesday. Choose great value meals from our extensive menu.
